GRAPES

Cabernet Franc 70% - Malbec 30% .

HARVEST

Second decade of September. Manually harvested and transported in crates.

VINEYARD

The grapes come from hillside vineyards, in the Colli Berici area, Municipality of Brendola and Altavilla Vicentina.

VINIFICATION

Grapes are destalked and crushed. 8 days maceration at a temperature of 26°C in stainless steel vats.

COLOUR

Brilliant ruby red.

PERFUME

Fruity notes, among which are cherry and strawberry, and spices, such as pepper.

TASTE

Characterized by a agreeable freshness, medium body and pleasantly rounded.

ACCOMPANIMENTS

Consume young, optimum with salami hors d’oeuvres, red meat dishes or the entire meal.

SERVE

At a temperature of 16°-17°C.

PRESERVATION

For a correct storage of the wine keep the bottles laid down at a temperature within 15° and 18°C.
