The grapes come from the hillside vineyards, in the Colli Berici area, Municipalities of BrendolaVINIFICATION
Grapes are destalked and crushed. 12 days maceration in stainless steel vats. Malolactic fermentation follows the alcoholic fermentation.MATURATION
18 months in new and second passage barriques. 6 months in bottles.COLOUR
Intense ruby red.PERFUME
Ample and intense. Expressed through notes of small red fruits such as mulberries, blueberries, currants. Delicate nuances of sweet spices.TASTE
Balanced, soft tannins, pleasantly enveloping. Notable the persistent finale that recalls the fruity and spicy nuances noted by the nose.ACCOMPANIMENTS
Strong and flavourful dishes, such as roasts and wild ground game, hard cheeses.SERVE
At a temperature of 18°-20°C, being careful to open a short time before serving.PRESERVATION
