HARVEST

Third decade of September. Manually harvested and transported in crates.

VINEYARD

The grapes come from vineyards in the hills, in the area of the Berici Hills, in the towns of Brendola and Altavilla Vicentina.

VINIFICATION

6-hours maceration with skins. Soft pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 14°C.

COLOUR

Straw yellow.

PERFUME

Fruity notes among which are apple and white flowers scents.

TASTE

Soft and round, good minerality.

ACCOMPANIMENTS

Consume young, ideal as an aperitif and accompaniment to fish dishes in general, soups and soft cheeses.

SERVE

At a temperature of 8°-10°C.

PRESERVATION

For a correct storage of the wine keep the bottles laid down at a temperature within 15° and 18°C.
