Torengo Wine Jelly

Born of reduced Torengo wine, this is a jelly with an exceptionally fragrant aroma of red wine. Torenghina expresses the same notes typical of the Tai easily recognized in Torengo: red fruits, raspberry and light spices. Excellent with aged and savory cheeses, a must try with cow and goat ricotta.
